Best spent Sabbath afternoon's I remember.

Best spent Sabbath afternoon's I remember.
Some people feel that old folks get in the way.
I feel old folks ARE the way.
I think back at the very fresh memories of Yami's grandpa (which became mine since I was about 8) and the only thing I do is worry about how much we didn't talk about. He knew so many things that we all need to know and we need to pass on to our kids. I wonder what we'll miss out on. I thank God he lived in my time and that he lived a long good life.

Well said! I too agree that our elders are a resource of knowledge and experience that translates to wisdom. We should gather as much from them as we possibly can. I love the picture!

Thank you Danny. I remember that day like it was yesterday. We had a great time sharing that Sabbath with him at his place.
